How to: cancel my subscription

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your subscription page and choosing the Cancel subscription option.

If you are logged into the web already, this is under Your account > Your subscription. You will be asked to confirm this choice and if you are sure you want to continue.

The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time and will be closed at the end of your current billing month. The yearly subscription can be set to close at any time so that it is finished before the next due date and you are not charged again

You can find your billing date on your Subscription overview page under “Next billing on”.

If you have an Apple in app subscription

As the subscription you have purchased is purchased via Apple, you are only able to cancel this directly through Apple. You can cancel it in the App Store.

We cannot cancel it for you, because it is managed by Apple.

To cancel it, follow these steps:

1. Open the App Store app.
2. Click your name. If you can't find your name, click Sign In.
3. Click Account Settings.
4. Scroll to Subscriptions, then click Manage.
5. Click the subscription.

6. Click Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button.

   
   

Remember, if you cancel your in app subscription, you can subscribe directly with us and save up to 20%! If you login to your Driversnote account you can see your options to upgrade.
