Help! I can't enable Background App Refresh

If you have checked your settings under Driversnote on your iPhone and found that Background App Refresh is disabled, greyed out or missing entirely, you will need to enable Background App Refresh globally on your phone.

Open your phone settings again and go to General > Background App Refresh and make sure this is turned on. 

Then, go back to Settings then Driversnote and you should be able to turn on Background App Refresh there.

Having this setting on will make sure that the app functions correctly when running in the background on your phone and that tracking continues to work.
