How to: edit/update credit card
You can change the credit card you use to pay for your subscription at any time and it will be used for the next payment due.
You need to login to your subscription account online and then scroll down to Payment method.
From here, select Update at the right and you can then change the card number, expiration date and CVC to update your card details.
Click Save changes when you are done and you have updated your card.
Driversnote always uses top security protocols to store and process this credit card information! Your card details are safe with us.
Please do not ever send full credit card numbers via email!
Remember: We only accept credit cards from Visa, Mastercard or American Express, so any other card will not work on our system.
Otherwise, if you card does not appear to work, here are a few tips to try:
- Try in another browser
- If it’s a new card, make sure it is activated
- If you have tried several times, wait 24 hours and try again
- Call your bank to approve the payment
