Forgot your password and need to reset it? Follow this link. Make sure you enter the email address that you signed up with.
Why can't my email address be found?
If you are sure that you already have a Driversnote account, then there are two possibilities:
- You used another email address to sign up
- You had a typo in your email address when you signed up
Contact us if you need help tracking it down.

- Wait 5 minutes
- Check your spam folder
- If there's still no sign of it, contact us
