Help! My app is crashing or freezing
Is your Driversnote app not opening, crashing, freezing, or otherwise not working as it should? In some cases, it may even open to nothing but a blank white screen. While rare, all these things can happen sometimes, but there is a simple solution.
First, you should fully shutdown and restart the app. This is often enough to fix things:
- Terminate the Driversnote app by swiping it up
- Open the Driversnote app again and make sure auto-tracking is enabled (from the top left corner)
If that doesn’t fix the issue, you should delete and reinstall the app on your phone. Completely remove the app, then reinstall it from the App or Play Store, depending on your phone type.
When you login with your same account as before, all your past saved trips and data will be there. This should fix any problems you have with crashes.
