How to: show the odometer on my reports for every drive
You'll need to have logged at least one odometer reading for Driversnote to calculate the readings for each trip and show them on the report. If you still need to add one, here is a guide on logging your odometer.
Create a report in the mobile app
- Open app > tap Report > tap Create report or tap the +
- There are several filters
- Find the one that says odometer
- Tap the drop-down filter and select Show odometer
- Review the other filters and tap Save
The report is now saved to the app. You can send it by email or download as a PDF / Excel
Here is an example of how they will show next to each trip in the PDF 🙂
