How to: create a team
To get started, you’ll first need to create a team (which is free):
- First, you either need to sign up or log in on the website
- Once step 1 is done, log in and click on the Team tab at the top and '+ Create a team'
- Give your team a name (don’t worry, this can be changed later)
- Select the mileage reimbursement rate that applies (standard rates, no reimbursement or custom rates)
- Invite team members or managers to join (you can also do this step later)
- That’s it! Your team has now been created!
After your team has been created, you’ll have access to 3 new tabs - Team Reports, Members and Settings.
Please note: Admins do not have access to their employee’s accounts.
To be clear, this is not a live tracking/monitoring system. Each employee’s trip data remains the property of the employee. Employers (admins and managers) can only access data explicitly shared by employees in their mileage reports - maintaining their privacy at all times.
