How to: create a team

To get started, you’ll first need to create a team (which is free): 

  1. First, you either need to sign up or log in on the website
  2. Once step 1 is done, log in and click on the Team tab at the top and '+ Create a team'
  3. Give your team a name (don’t worry, this can be changed later) 
  4. Select the mileage reimbursement rate that applies (standard rates, no reimbursement or custom rates)
  5. Invite team members or managers to join (you can also do this step later) 
  6. That’s it! Your team has now been created! 

After your team has been created, you’ll have access to 3 new tabs - Team Reports, Members and Settings. 

Please note: Admins do not have access to their employee’s accounts. 

To be clear, this is not a live tracking/monitoring system. Each employee’s trip data remains the property of the employee. Employers (admins and managers) can only access data explicitly shared by employees in their mileage reports - maintaining their privacy at all times.
