Help! I have upgraded, but my team cannot create reports

Oh no! We’re sorry that your team is having trouble reporting - we’re here to help! 

Two possibilities may be happening: 

1. You purchased only 1 license for a team of multiple people
2. You purchased enough licenses for your team but they’re not assigned

To assign licenses:

1. Sign in on the website and choose your team in the menu at the top of the screen
2. Navigate to the tab called "Members"
3. Click "Assign Basic" for the person(s) you want to have a basic licence.

If you need to buy more licenses for your team members:

1. On Driversnote’s website, go to Members > Buy Licenses
2. Check the box, that you buy as a company and enter your company information
3. Select the number of Basic licenses to purchase
4. Select the number of iBeacons to purchase
5. Enter your payment information and confirm the purchase
