New Zealand: Standard reimbursement rate

Previously, as New Zealand rates are not usually known until the end of the tax year, we left them blank and noted that they would be added when released and your trips would update automatically.

However, we now add a provisional rate (usually the previous yearly rate), so you will now have a better idea of the reimbursement attached to your trips through the tax year.

We apply a currently known rate and remind you with a note that this is the current assumed rate. If that changes in the future, we will update the rate and let you know.

When we update the rate for your country, all trips within the relevant time frame will be updated automatically with the new reimbursement figure. If you have already saved reports for that period and they need to state the new rate, you will need to re-generate those reports again.
