Help: I've already paid, but my account shows free!
If you have paid for a Driversnote subscription but you get emails saying your account is still free, or messages in the app saying the same thing, then one of two things has happened:
Do you have a team setup? If you do, it may be that you have not assigned a licence to your account in the team. Go to your teams page and you can assign the license yourself. Read more about how to assign licenses in a team.
You have created a subscription on a different account to what you are using on your app. When you create your subscription, this needs to be under the same account as the account you use in the app.
