How to: create multiple teams for your organisation

You can create more than one team under your account, that will be linked together under your organisation now. Previously, you could create one team only per account, but we have added this functionality to help larger companies coordinate multiple teams.

With multiple teams, you can now have different parts of your team running with different rates, or different reporting periods. All options you previously had to apply to the entire team can now be set up for separate teams that are all managed under your organisation.

To start, create a single team as you always have. Then, once that single team is created, you will have a new option in your team menu to "Create new team +":

Once you go to this option, you will first be prompted to setup your organisation. This is a new "top-level" function that groups all the teams you create in one group:

1. First of all, choose your organisation name.
2. Then name your second team.
3. After this, you are prompted to review those details (or edit them if you wish), then save.
4. After this, the options are the same for creating any team:

• Create Mileage rates
• Define Reporting period
• Check Report Details options
• Invite members to the team (you can also do this later)

Once this is all done, you have a new team set up and ready to go!

If you need to make any changes, you will start at the Organisation settings page for your organisation.
