Battery warnings for your iBeacon
The iBeacon is a valuable tool to improve the tracking done with your Driversnote app. But they will eventually run out of battery.
Read our main article on checking your iBeacon battery life, but we now also have notifications that will come up in the app, inviting you to get an iBeacon battery replacement if your device is near end of life.
When your iBeacon battery is near-expired, you will see these warnings in your app Settings:
With either version, you are invited to contact us so we can arrange you a replacement iBeacon. Ongoing subscribers can always get a replacement for their existing iBeacon if it is required.
If you need, you can contact us directly at support@driversnote.com and we can help you directly with arranging a replacement iBeacon.
Remember: If your tracking is having problems and your iBeacon is still new (certainly under three years old), it is unlikely to be the issue. Something has more likely occurred with the app on your phone or with your phone settings or functions. Contact us at support@driversnote.com anyway, and we will help you investigate further.
