How to: create a consolidated report

It’s great that you now have access to your employee’s reports, but you certainly don’t want to go through every report to get the totals you need. 

What if there was a button you could click to get a spreadsheet of only one person’s reports, or what if you want all your employees’ reports from only December 2023? Well, we have a button, so you can do this! 


To download a consolidated report: 

  1. From the Team Reports tab, change the filters you need (you can set this to any combination) 
  2. Once the filters you want are set, click on Get Spreadsheet
  3. An Excel file will automatically start downloading through your browser

Both administrators and managers have the ability to make these reports!
