Help! I can’t join the team

If you’re having trouble joining the team, there could be a few things! 

The most common errors that come up when trying to join a team are:

• An expired invitation link
• Logging in with an account that hasn’t been created
• Trying to create a new account with a pre-existing account email 

Error code: Invalid account or password

If you’ve never set up a Drivernsote account before and are trying to log in, you’ll get the following error. Instead, click on ‘Create new account’ 

Error code: Invalid email account or password

If you get this error and you know you’ve set up an account before, there’s likely a typo in your password. You can always reset the password and try joining and logging in again

Error code: This email has already been taken

If you get this error when you try to create a new account, an account already exists under that email.
