Why can’t I make reports for a past time that I was subscribing?

It is important to remember that you can only create new reports if you are a current subscriber. If your subscription ends, you cannot create a new report, though you can open reports you previously saved. So do make sure you create all the reports you need before your subscription ends! 

On the monthly plan you can cancel at any time without paying again as that subscription has no contract or fixed terms, while on the yearly subscription, you can cancel at any time before your next renewal date.
