Help! I logged trips to the wrong workplace

Don’t worry, we’re here to help fix this. 😊

If you’ve tracked trips under the wrong workplace, you can move trips from one workplace to another.

If the workplaces have different mileage rates, the trips will automatically be updated, and the new rates will be applied and recalculated.

If you want to move more than a handful of trips, this can be done quicker using the bulk feature on the web rather than in the app. 

Move trips to another workplace in the app

1. Open the app and tap on All trips at the bottom left
2. In the top corners, tap the month and vehicle fields and ensure that the correct values are chosen
3. Tap the trip you want to move
4. Below the trip type, tap the workplace
5. Tap the workplace you want to move the trip to  
6. Tap Done in the top left corner

Move trips to another workplace on the website

1. Login to your account
2. Click on Trips in the top bar
3. Click the vehicle and date fields to ensure that the correct values are chosen
4. For each trip that you want to move, tick the box on the left of the trip
5. Once the trips are selected, click on the workplace symbol in the white bar
6. Click on the workplace you want to move the trips to 

That’s it!

Move trips between workplaces with our bulk tool

1. Login to your account
2. Select the trips you wish to move
3. On the Bulk Actions Menu, click the workplace symbol  
4. Select the new workplace
5. All the selected trips have now been moved to the new workplace
